As a seasoned business development and sales professional, Moses possesses a rare blend of creative and technical strengths. He has been instrumental in implementing innovative customer-focused programs that add value and strengthen business relationships.

At Moses’ previous position as Director of International Business, he spearheaded the formation of an international alliance network with strategic US partners. From 2000 to 2003, Moses oversaw a team of managers responsible for pre-sale and post-sale account management for clients that included many airline companies, OEM avionics manufacturers, maintenance and European military organizations.
Prior to 2000, Moses held various project management roles with Aerospatiale, where he successfully introduced new automated test-related products to market. This included one of the most popular commercial avionics ATE Systems to date, with over 250 systems in operation since
1993.
Moses holds a Master of Aeronautical Engineering degree from the French Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Universite de Nice in France. He is fluent in French, as well as Swahili. He is an active participant in industry activities, including numerous ARINC working groups. Moses lives in the Phoenix area with his wife and 3 children and will be based in Ideal Aerosmith's Phoenix office.
